- All Prices are per Person and include all Taxes, Admissions, Ferries, Tolls, Parking
- Gratuities not included
- A Deposit of 25% of Tour Fees is required within 7 days of time of booking
- The Remainder of Tour Fees to be paid no later than 10 days prior to tour departure
- Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, Travelers Checks, Visa, or Personal Check (to clear in advance)
- All Prices as listed in CAD$. (US$ accepted at current exchange rate. Ask for details)
- No Refunds on Tours cancelled less than 72 hours prior to Departure (We recommend Trip Cancellation Insurance)
- Tours conducted Rain or Shine
- Advertised Rates may change at any time
- Please inform Booking Agent at time of booking of any Health concerns you may have
- Incidentals & Meals not included
- Not liable or responsible for weather related delays
- Not liable or responsible for delays caused by airlines, ferries, traffic
- IGGH Sightseeing Vancouver not liable or responsible for services provided by third party such as Attractions
- IGGH Sightseeing Vancouver shall not be liable for or responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or otherwise, in connection with any transportation or any other services, or resulting directly or indirectly from Acts of God, fire, breakdown or machinery or equipment, delays caused beyond the company's control and that the company shall not become or be liable or responsible for any additional expenses or liabilities sustained or incurred as a result of any of the foregoing causes.
- Although we will make every effort to conduct the tour as indicated, all tours are subject to change without notice.
- Although we make every effort to see the promised whales and perhaps bears, it has to be remembered that these are wild animals in a wild habitat and ultimately are beyond our control.
- Not all attractions available at all times. ( example: Lumberjack Show on Grouse Mtn not available in the winter months, Grizzlys hibernate during the winter)
